Congratulations to the eight members of our Fire Department who completed the final three hours of hands-on Wildland Fire Training through the Tennessee Department of Forestry. Completing this hands-on training was the final step in a 27-hour program designed to teach wildland firefighting to local fire departments. It's Very Humbling to be Appreciated
I've said it before, and I can't say it enough. First Responders love what they do. But we can't deny, that its heartwarming when someone goes above and beyond to express thanks. One such event happened on Friday July 10th. Fairfield Glade resident, Jack Cahoun, has health issues. The both EMS and fire have been called multiple times to Jack's house to assist. A New Day – A New Way
