Promotions and an Awards at the FGFD

At the Member Meeting of the FGFD on Friday May 10th, 3 members were recognized.

Clyde Angel, our Department Chaplain, officially became a member of our ENGINEER core. The men who drive our fire trucks.

Also recognized was Firefighter Tim Malone. Having already served as department chief for more than 3 years, Tim felt he needed wifely permission to again take on added responsibility. So, after receiving permission from his wife, Mary Ann, Tim officially accepted the rank of Lieutenant.

Don Arbuckle, Fire Department Public Information Officer, was recognized for his contribution and honored as Employee of the Month.
