The Fire Department Strategic Planning Team is in the process of developing a new strategic plan. When this plan becomes available, we will post it here. In the meantime, we are proud of our heritage and how far we've come. Here is the Strategic Plan that we formulated back in 2012. We have met the goals outlined here and we look forward to meeting the challenges of the future.
